I’m Reid, I live in Chicago and work as a product manager for Salesforce on the Marketing Cloud (tho these words are mine). I’ve also been a developer evangelist for Salesforce and ran the Salesforce Labs program for a couple of years. You might also enjoy meeting the other Salesforce.com Developer Evangelists — they’re a pretty great crew.
Most of my career has been about software in some way shape or form, although I also spent some time as a “regional sales manager” for a medical device company back in the day. My first job out of college was at Mrs. Field’s Cookies, and they fired me.
