Connected Devices, salesforce.com & Other Adventures

About

Reid CarlbergI’m Reid, I live in Chicago and work as a product manager for Salesforce on the Marketing Cloud (tho these words are mine).  I’ve also been a developer evangelist for Salesforce and ran the Salesforce Labs program for a couple of years. You might also enjoy meeting the other Salesforce.com Developer Evangelists — they’re a pretty great crew.

Most of my career has been about software in some way shape or form, although I also spent some time as a “regional sales manager” for a medical device company back in the day.  My first job out of college was at Mrs. Field’s Cookies, and they fired me.

You can also find me on Twitter and Github and LinkedIn and Google+.
